Dr. Shyam Sundar P

Dr. Shyam Sundar P, serves as an Additional Professor of Anaesthesiology at Amrita School of Medicine and a Consultant Anaesthesiologist. He specializes in solid organ transplant anesthesia, anesthesia for hepatobiliary and gastrointestinal surgery, robotic surgery, and paediatric anesthesia. He also serves as a Consultant Intensivist and In-charge of the Medical Intensive Care Unit at Amrita Hospital, Kochi. Additionally, he is a member of both the Hospital Bioethics Committee and the Hospital Resuscitation Committee. His areas of expertise include intensive care, solid organ transplant anesthesia, and paediatric anesthesia.
