The program featured expert-led discussions on schizophrenia and stress management for caregivers, addressing the critical need for mental health support. Participants also engaged in discussions on mental health in the workplace, emphasizing the significance of balance for those caring for individuals with schizophrenia.
The event concluded with a one-act play titled 'Urappundoo Kuruppee', which provided an artistic portrayal of the experiences and challenges faced by caregivers, offering a reflective and moving end to the gathering.
