Amrita Health Sciences, Kochi Campus, is proud to announce that Dr. Fessy Louis, Professor, Head, Reproductive Medicine has been honored with the All India Dr. Nimesh Shelat Best Research Award 2025 in Reproductive Endocrinology.

The national award recognizes outstanding contributions to research in reproductive medicine and was presented for Dr. Fessy’s pioneering study titled “AMH Levels in Serum vs Follicular Fluid and its Association with Clinical Pregnancy Rate in IVF Cycles.”

The research, conducted in the Department of Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at Amrita Hospital, provides valuable insights into the role of Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) as a biomarker for improving outcomes in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) cycles. By exploring the correlation between serum and follicular fluid AMH levels, the study offers significant implications for optimizing fertility treatments and enhancing clinical pregnancy success rates.
