A medical check-up camp for hemophilia patients was successfully conducted in the Malappuram district, jointly organized by the Hemophilia Society Calicut Chapter, Amrita Hospital, Kochi, and the National Health Mission (NHM), Malappuram. The camp witnessed active participation, with over 85 hemophilia patients and 40 healthcare professionals from Amrita Hospital, Kochi coming together. The event was inaugurated by District Collector V.R. Vinod, with Dr. V.T. Ajith Kumar, Head of the Pediatrics Department at Thrissur Government Medical College, presiding over the function.


A team of distinguished doctors and healthcare experts addressed the gathering and provided their valuable insights and services. The speakers included Dr. Jeko Tachil, Dr. Neeraj Siddharth, Dr. G. Rama, Dr. Ranjith Parvannoor, Dr. K.K. Praveena, Dr. Shinas, Dr. K.P. Mubarak, Vinod Aravindakshan, and R. Jayadevan.
The camp underscored the commitment of Amrita Hospital and its partners to improving the quality of life for hemophilia patients by providing comprehensive medical support and raising awareness about the condition.
