Overview
Dr. Suchitra Sivadas is a skilled and compassionate clinician with extensive expertise in Paediatric and adult haematology, Haemato-oncology, and Inborn Errors of immunity (primary immunodeficiency disorders). She is currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Clinical Hematology at Amrita Hospital, Kochi.
Her efforts led to the establishment of the Comprehensive Inborn Errors of Immunity Clinic at Amrita (CIEICA) - one of the first dedicated clinics of its kind in South India - catering to children and adults with recurrent infections, autoimmunity, and severe allergic disorders. Her additional areas of interest include Bone marrow failure syndromes, Bleeding disorders, CART and immunohematology, and Systemic amyloidosis. Known for her empathetic approach and commitment to excellence, Dr. Suchitra is widely respected for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care and for her contributions to advancing clinical hematology and immunology services at Amrita Hospital.
