Dr. Sidharth Viswanathan

Dr. Sidharth Viswanathan is a distinguished vascular and endovascular surgeon with extensive experience in treating complex vascular conditions. Currently serving as a Clinical Associate Professor at Amrita Hospital, Kochi, he is the first MCh-qualified vascular surgeon of Kerala. His expertise spans abdominal aortic aneurysm management, limb salvage procedures, carotid endarterectomy for stroke prevention, and advanced endovenous treatments.

Dr. Sidharth has received specialized training in vascular and endovascular surgery from the United Kingdom and is a Fellow of the European Board of Vascular Surgery (FEBVS) with Honours , awarded in March 2023 at Maastricht, Netherlands. He is actively involved in research, with multiple publications and contributions to the development of indigenous vascular prosthetic grafts.
