Dr. Priya Vijayakumar is the Professor and Head of the Department with over 21 years of teaching experience. She has extensive expertise in geriatric medicine, focusing on the management of geriatric syndromes, bed sore management, and geriatric rehabilitation. Dr. Vijayakumar is recognized for her commitment to enhancing the quality of life for the elderly, with a distinguished career that includes leadership roles in geriatrics on national platforms.
