Amrita Hospital, Faridabad, organized a dynamic Continuing Medical Education (CME) for about 30 pediatricians and gynecologists in the area on Saturday. The gathering helped pediatricians share knowledge for the benefit of child and maternal health.

A series of insightful talks were organized by Amrita Hospital, Faridabad, at the CME. Dr. Hemant Sharma, a Senior Consultant and Assistant Professor in Neonatology, gave a talk titled "A Less Invasive Approach in Neonates."

Dr. Veena Raghunathan, Senior Consultant from the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, spoke on "Pediatrics Office-Based Emergency," emphasizing the importance of early detection and management of emergencies in the clinic to increase chances of survival. Dr. Reema Bhatt, Head and Senior Consultant of Foetal Medicine, spoke on "Fetal Therapy: What Can We Offer the Fetus?", emphasizing the importance of advances in antenatal diagnosis and in-utero therapies.

Moderated by Dr. Shalini Gandhi, Dr. Abha Lohan, and Dr. Anjuli Dixit, the session had lively discussions on delivery room practices, early detection of sick children, and the importance of antenatal surveillance in maternal and fetal well-being. The audience actively participated with clinical questions, connecting hospital knowledge with the community.

The CME emphasized Amrita Hospital's dedication to learning and collaboration, enhancing patient care in Faridabad with less invasiveness, quicker emergency care, and fetal innovations.
