Transfusion medicine is a multidisciplinary area concerned with the proper use of blood and blood components in the treatment of human diseases. The department provides round the clock facility with complete solutions to patients in need of blood component therapy, therapeutic apheresis, and immunohaematology laboratory diagnostics. Special Procedures

The therapeutic use of apheresis technology is done to remove disease causing substances or blood components and providing supportive and therapeutic solutions using state of the art apheresis equipment.
