World Patient Safety Day

World Patient Safety Day, established by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2019, is observed every year on 17th September to raise awareness and promote global action on patient safety.
 

Amrita Hospital, Faridabad, is commemorating this occasion with a series of activities and competitions scheduled between 8th – 16th September 2025.

This year’s theme is “Safe care for every newborn and every child.”
 

Key Highlights:

• 8th–13th September 2025: Best Patient Safety Reels/Videos Best Innovative Idea – Patient Safety
• 15th September 2025 (3–4 PM): Patient Safety Model – Best out of Waste (Department-wise participation)
• 16th September 2025 (2–4 PM): Patient Safety Quiz followed by Prize Distribution
