She specialized in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, where she developed expertise as a reconstructive microvascular surgeon. She has undergone extensive training in onco-reconstruction, lymphedema management, hand surgery, trauma care, and lower limb reconstruction. Notably, the doctor was part of the pioneering hand transplant team that successfully carried out India’s first double hand transplant surgery.
