Dr. Ruchi Gaba

Dr. Ruchi Gaba is a highly qualified Pediatrician with over 8 years of experience post MD. She did her post-graduate training and received MD degree from the prestigious Sawai Man Singh (SMS) Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur. It is one of the few centers in the country to have a dedicated Pediatric hospital (JK Lon Hospital), which is also one of the largest Pediatric centers in India. There she got the opportunity to train in all subspecialties of Pediatrics. After completion of her MD, she briefly worked as a Senior Resident in corporate sector, before joining the Hindu Rao Hospital and North Delhi Medical College. She has also worked as a Senior Research Fellow at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, working in projects related to Cystic Fibrosis, Asthma, Tuberculosis, Dengue, and other infectious diseases. Before joining the Amrita Hospital, she was working in private sector as a Consultant.

• She has achieved certification in Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Silver medal – Paper presentation on “Seroprevalence of Hepatitis C in Thalassemia major patients” in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
