Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Pharmacy and Surgical Items Audit Team at Amrita Hospital Faridabad. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with little/ no prior experience.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in conducting regular audits of pharmacy drugs and surgical items within Amrita Hospital Faridabad to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
2. Support the team in performing physical stock counts of pharmacy drugs and surgical items in various hospital locations, including the pharmacy, nursing stations and other relevant departments, to reconcile with system records.
3. Collaborate with the team to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances.
4. Support the team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls specific to pharmacy drugs and surgical items within Amrita Hospital Faridabad, such as expiration dates, storage conditions, and controlled substances handling.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of audit findings, actions taken, and recommendations for future improvements

Requirements

1. Education: Graduate – B Com/ B. Sc. / Diploma (Pharm.)
2. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) for data entry and manipulation
3. Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn auditing techniques
